Terms of Use

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the conditions relating to the use of the Adayda mobile application ("Application") developed by Ayda Merve Arslan ("Company").

By downloading or using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Application.

2. Nature of the Service

Adayda is a screen recording and content analysis tool developed for parents and legal guardians. The Application analyzes recordings initiated through Apple's infrastructure and provides information about content appropriateness.

The Application:

• Is not directed at children,
• Is not designed to be used directly by children,
• Does not initiate covert recordings as surveillance software.

3. User Obligations

As a user, you acknowledge and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age,
• You hold parental or legal guardianship rights over the child being monitored,
• You have provided the necessary information and obtained the required permissions under applicable local legislation.

The Company is not responsible for the legality of the recording and analysis activities carried out by the user.

4. Screen Recording and Technical Limitations

The Application performs screen recording only when the user explicitly initiates it through the Apple system interface.

The Application:

• Does not initiate automatic recording in the background,
• Does not collect data without the user's knowledge,
• Is subject to technical limitations that may result in termination by the system.

5. Video Analysis and Server Processing

Video segments created within the scope of the Application may be transmitted to the server over a secure connection for analysis purposes.

Video data:

• Is not permanently stored,
• Is processed only in-memory during the analysis,
• Is deleted after the analysis is complete.

Analysis results are for informational purposes only, and no guarantee of absolute accuracy is provided.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design, and content of the Application belong to the Company. The user is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is." The Company:

• Does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of analysis results,
• Does not commit to uninterrupted or error-free service,
• Cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Service Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the features of the Application.

9. Privacy

Data processing procedures related to the use of the Application are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
