These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the conditions relating to the use of the Adayda mobile application ("Application") developed by Ayda Merve Arslan ("Company").
By downloading or using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Application.
Adayda is a screen recording and content analysis tool developed for parents and legal guardians. The Application analyzes recordings initiated through Apple's infrastructure and provides information about content appropriateness.
The Application:
As a user, you acknowledge and represent that:
The Company is not responsible for the legality of the recording and analysis activities carried out by the user.
The Application performs screen recording only when the user explicitly initiates it through the Apple system interface.
The Application:
Video segments created within the scope of the Application may be transmitted to the server over a secure connection for analysis purposes.
Video data:
Analysis results are for informational purposes only, and no guarantee of absolute accuracy is provided.
All software, design, and content of the Application belong to the Company. The user is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use only.
The Application is provided "as is." The Company:
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the features of the Application.
Data processing procedures related to the use of the Application are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
